We can't add the top two lines to the third line.  Because the operator (+, -, /, *) are not used to concatenate these lines.

         = 2

 This is the right solution. But according to some people! . According to these people.

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1

1       + 1 * 0 + 1 =?

1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 11+ 1 * 0 + 1 =?

4 + 11 + 3 + 11 + 1 = 30

Answer is 30.
